Open Powershell as admin, and run the following:

Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers *appname* | Remove-AppxPackage -AllUsers

Scripting Direct Removal:

Note: Powershell needs to be run as Administrator. Be careful when doing this.

1. Set the execution policy to unrestricted (return to restricted when finished): Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy Restricted

2. Save the following script into a file (del.ps1, for example):

$data = @(
'king.com.CandyCrushSodaSaga_1.210.200.0_x64__kgqvnymyfvs32',
'king.com.CandyCrushSodaSaga_1.211.900.0_x64__kgqvnymyfvs32',
'828B5831.HiddenCityMysteryofShadows_1.25.2504.0_neutral_split.scale-100_ytsefhwckbdv6'
)

$env:Winappname = $data[0] ; takeown /F "c:\Program Files\WindowsApps\$Env:Winappname" /r /d y ;  icacls "c:\Program Files\WindowsApps\$Env:Winappname" /grant Administrators:F ; icacls "c:\Program Files\WindowsApps\$Env:Winappname" /grant Administrators:F /t ; rm "c:\Program Files\WindowsApps\$Env:Winappname" -r -fo

$env:Winappname = $data[1] ; takeown /F "c:\Program Files\WindowsApps\$Env:Winappname" /r /d y ;  icacls "c:\Program Files\WindowsApps\$Env:Winappname" /grant Administrators:F ; icacls "c:\Program Files\WindowsApps\$Env:Winappname" /grant Administrators:F /t ; rm "c:\Program Files\WindowsApps\$Env:Winappname" -r -fo

$env:Winappname = $data[2] ; takeown /F "c:\Program Files\WindowsApps\$Env:Winappname" /r /d y ;  icacls "c:\Program Files\WindowsApps\$Env:Winappname" /grant Administrators:F ; icacls "c:\Program Files\WindowsApps\$Env:Winappname" /grant Administrators:F /t ; rm "c:\Program Files\WindowsApps\$Env:Winappname" -r -fo

3. Expand as necessary, rename the @data array elements with only the folder name (found in c:\Program Files\WindowsApps\)

4. Run the above script in Powershell: .\del.ps1
